1. Definitions

"We", "the Law Office": Your Law Office Name, with its office at Str. Exemplu nr. 1, Bucharest, Romania. "Client": any person who places an order on InfoCazier Demo.

2. The service

InfoCazier Demo is a private legal assistance service. We are not a state institution. We represent the client, based on a power of attorney, in the relationship with the competent authorities that issue the official documents.

3. Prices and payment

Prices shown on the site are professional fees for the services provided, not state taxes. Payment is made by card only after we confirm that the file is complete. An electronic invoice is sent by email.

4. Delivery

Documents are delivered electronically by email and, if chosen, as original by courier to the address provided by the client.

5. Refunds

If we cannot process the order for reasons not attributable to the client, the amount paid is refunded in full.

6. Complaints

Complaints can be sent to your-email@example.com. Consumers may also use the ANPC alternative dispute resolution.
